A manager or supervisor can easily enter employee hours manually, either for the whole pay period, or on a daily basis.  

To enter employee hours for the entire pay cycle:

  • Select “Shifts” from the left side menu
  • Click on “Manual Timesheet” 
  • Select the correct payroll period date from the upper right pull down menu
  • Enter employee hours, as well as “Location” and “Task”, if keeping track for job costing
  • Click on “Save” after each employee entry

To enter employee hours on a daily basis, or add to add a shift:

  • Select “Shifts” from the left side menu
  • Click on “Daily View”
  • Select the correct payroll period date from the upper right pull down menu
  • Choose the day/date to enter the shift
  • Click “Add Shift” in the upper right corner, then select “Add Shift”
  • Select the employee for which you are adding hours from the pull down menu
  • Click on the “Starts” time to enter correct hour and minutes of clock in
  • Click on the “Ends” time to enter correct hour and minute of clock out
  • Select location and task from pull down menu
  • Clice “Save”
